All orders are delivered by DPD courier service or An Post so that you are assured of your parcel getting to you quickly and in perfect condition.
Furniture orders will be delivered to you via a specialist service. Once an order is placed we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. The earliest that you may receive your item is 4 working days from the time of your order.
Delivery charges are €6.00 per parcel for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we don’t offer delivery outside of Ireland at this time. Each delivery will require a signature upon receipt of your items.
We dispatch all products in appropriate and safe packaging and cannot be held responsible for damages, loss, theft or accidents that occur after goods have left our premises, in transit or on delivery.
We offer a full nationwide delivery service for just €6 on any order placed which does not exceed 30kg. We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will always endeavor to have your order delivered within 2 working days.
For orders over 30kg the following delivery charges will be allocated to your order depending on the size of the order:
Fleet Delivery - €79.00
Pallet Delivery - €29.00
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes part of an order may be out of stock and can cause a delay on delivery. You will be advised by e-mail of any undue delay. The appearance of ‘in stock’ alongside and item is not a guarantee that it is in stock. Due to high levels of stock turnover, particularly on seasonal items it can sometimes occur that a product becomes out of stock. When this happens we endeavor to have the product back in stock if possible as soon as possible.
If you change your mind...
At Joes Garden Centre we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer a full refund** or exchange within 28 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If there is a fault with the product...
We will attempt to rectify any faults that occur within 12 months*** from the date of purchase. We'll usually offer you a replacement or repair. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
